The Rub-a-Dub Culture Club is Los Angeles' newest home for world music with a strong emphasis on cumbia, reggae, and drum and bass. Created by art and fashion activist Julian Prolman, the founder of the Ministry of Tomorrow, Africa's premier eco-luxury fashion house, the Rub-a-Dub Culture Club offers Los Angeles a fresh scene where art and world music converge to celebrate a global sound.
Situated in the historic print studio of Modern Multiples, an art institution in Downtown Los Angeles that has played a significant role in the LA art scene, creating works for Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Carlos Almaraz, Frank Romirez, Shepard Fairey, and Banksy, among others.
